Great and spacious apartment. There is living area and a kitchen at the ground floor and bathroom and bedroom upstairs. The furniture and equipment is rather basic but still you will find everything you might need for a comfortable stay. A/C in both living area and bedroom which was a huge advantage. the A/C might use a bit of upgrading but it was efficient and not too noisy. peaceful and quiet neighborhood but still not that far from all the restaurants and bars. about 15min walk to Latchi promenade or about 20-25min walk to Polis city center. Just a short walk to the beach, takes no more than 3mins 🙂 Free parking in front of each apartment. Great contact with hosts.

This was our second stay here and we look forward to our third. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. Exactly what you need for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds of resort hotels with their aqua parks. This place is a home away from home. The gardens/outdoor areas are beautiful and you have everything you need inside. The owner is wonderful. So helpful and friendly and responded to our special requests really quickly. He went above and beyond. The beach is just a five minute walk away and there is a good choice of restaurants in nearby Polis and Latsi. I can’t rate this place highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a nice quiet maisonette, big enough for 4 people, with 2 patios at front & back. The appartment is 3 minutes walk from the nice beach and 10 minutes walk from nearest beach front restaurant. The host is very helpful and friendly, we asked to arrange taxi from/to the airport and a few things like socket adapters.. For what we paid it was a very nice and enjoyable stay and we would definitelly come back again

the location is superb, there is a very nice and not crowded beach within 5 minutes walk. - the owner is so friendly he was answering all questions and requests (I requested salt and more towels) and he informed us about car rental, hot spots etc. - they welcomed us with fresh fruits in the flat which was a lovely touch - it is walking distance from polis (about 30 mins) and less to few nice shops and sandwich place in the direction of the harbour but we needed a car because we were in there in August and it was too hot to bike/walk.

Peacefull and quiet place, close to the large but not crowded (event in high season) beach (only 2 minutes walk). Maisonettes are surrounded by beautifull garden. Every apartmen has its own entrance and place to rest outside with table, chairs and sunbeds. Aircondition is working very well. Owners and stuff are very hospitable, helpfull, always available for guests and responsive to their needs. Highly reccomend!

Comfortable accommodation with a quiet garden, nice place, and beach without many people. The village center with the harbor is close and ideal for evening walks.

an own little house with some space outside; not far from the seaside and in the neighbourhood of the Akamas national park. Luckily there was a bus to Akamas once per hour.

The location was incredible. Just a minute walk to the beach, quiet location situated in between Polis & Latchi. The garden was lovely and we were surrounded by greenery. George and staff were very responsive. George gave us some great advice on places to eat.

Good - location was great and the place was lovely and quiet both day and night. The loungs was spacious and well furnished. Value for money wise the apartment was great but just a few small touches would have made all the difference such as a few cushions, light shades etc. Poor - the kitchen ammenities were just about adequate but there is plenty of space for an oven or at least a mictowave. We didnt cook there but if we had wanted to it would have been very difficult. The shower is very poor, both in quality, space and water pressure. Also the shilf in the fridge door was broken making the fridge space small. I understand that the gardens have to be maintained but it would have been nice to be told in advance. As it was we had to listen to power hedge trimmers and blowers for 3 hours one afternoon. If we had known in advance we could have planned to be out. Apparently all the appartments apart from no 15 and another have new smart tvs. Ours was replaced by request but not until 7 days into our 9 day holiday which was such a shame as we could have watched Netfix or Amazon the odd night. Although we stayed 9 nights we had to ask for the apartment to be cleaned and for clean linens/towels. I think that is too long for a change when the weather is hot . There is no reception and the onlt way to contact the owners is by telephone which of course is a cost to the guest. We had to telephone twice so not sure hyet how much that cost us. If there was a book explaining about the cleaning, advising of the laundry room and local amenities etc that would help as there is just no one to ask.

Lovely family run business who couldn't do more for us. Unfortunately our little boy wouldn't sleep in his travel cot so we had to cut our stay short, however, after explaining this to the owners, they advised we could return at a later date to use the additional nights that we'd already paid for. . The location was great, and apartments were clean. Everything we needed and we will return!

The location is very nice, close to Latchi. Plug converters are avaliable, all the commodities like soap or trans bags were prepared before I arrived. It is totally possible to agree upon a late checkout. The price quality ratio is very good.

The accomodtion was spacious and beautiful, and it felt like a home. We had some additoinal requests and everything was organised very quickly. There is a beautiful front garden with a sitting area, orange and olive trees, and convenient parking on site. Latchi Harbour is a pleasant stroll away along the seafront.
