Brilliant in every way. Wonderful location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants etc. Villa perfect, lovely pool and outside space. Host attentive and helpful.

The view and the layout of the whole villa is amazing, sunshine all day, very close to the sea and a lovely walk into latchi or further Polis, both areas have all you need, restaurants and shops. The hosts George and his team are brilliant nothing is too much and any issues are sorted incredibly quickly and with no fuss. A great touch was arriving with a fridge full of tasty things. Great communication, fast and effective.
Change of linen etc would have made the stay perfect

What a beautiful villa! Set above all other accommodation so not overlooked. The views are something else, mountains either side of the most beautiful panoramic sea view, these views will stay with us all our lives. Perfect location, 5 mins from the beach with Fantastic snorkeling,10 mins walk to nearest bar. resteraunt at the bottom of the road a well. lovely villa, traditionall decorated, sea views from all rooms Fantastic kitchen a pleasure to cook in, so much pans and cookware, well stocked. if we come to Cyprus again we will return here. tha ks George and all the family for making g us som welcome and helping with everything we needed. many thanks
We had a great stay at the villa. The villa was quiet and spacious with great views and a lovely pool. George was a great host and was super helpful. He always responded very fast to any questions. The welcome pack that was provided on arrival was lovely. The villa was in a great position. Latchi harbour was only a 25 mins walk via a walkway alongside the sea with a good selection of restaurants. George recommended a great taxi company who transferred us from the airport and took us to a large supermarket. A great holiday - thank you!

The view from the terrace is wonderful, the apartments are large and comfortable, the pool is big, it is very nice to be greeted with fresh food, the host is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

Owner left us a food hamper on arrival and was very helpful. Location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and the local restaurants and shops. Views were stunning and the outdoor terrace and pool was spacious and private with lots of seating options. The villa was well equipped

The owner and his son were perfect hosts; nothing was too much trouble. The generous welcome pack was unexpected but very much appreciated. Perfect setting, wonderful views. We will certainly be coming back.
We loved staying at this place, it's elevated above all the surrounding houses, so you are not overlooked by anyone and the views all around are stunning. It has a huge patio and lots of seats and tables so plenty of options to lounge around. It's an easy 10-12 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and 20-25 to the rest of the town. There are lots of great places to eat and the waterfront in Letchi is just lovely. I highly recommend the buggy hire at Petrides, a 5-minute walk from the house, we rented one for the whole day and set off off-roading in the beautiful Akamas peninsular (they provide a map via AllTrails). Also recommend Letchi Watersports for diving, our first time scuba diving and it was an amazing experience in the Blue Lagoon. We were very fortunate with the weather, the first week of November and still in the high 20s, the sea was great to swim in although the pool was a little chilly. George is a great host, and very attentive and would definitely visit again.

The location is very good with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive.
We stayed 1 week at Villa Akropolis & had a great time. George & his father gave us a really warm welcome. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the fridge was already filled with multiple bottles of water, ham, cheese, milk, etc. Also fresh fruit & bread were already available. The location of the Akropolis Villa is perfect. The morning & evening views are really awesome. George is very responsive & provided us an easy map with the recommendations of the area. We again would like to thank George & his father for the fantastic vacation we had.

Fantastic villa. Very spacious. Just minuets from the beach. George the host was brilliant. When we arrived late at night he had left a hamper of food and beers in the fridge.

Wspaniała lokalizacja willi. Przepiękny widok na morze, góry i Akamas oraz sady z cytrusami. Przestronne pokoje, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Na powitanie pyszne owoce, warzywa i niezbędne produkty spożywcze. Przemiły Gospodarz, chętnie służy pomocą. Cisza, spokój. Blisko morza, spacer do portu to sama przyjemność. Poranne treningi biegowe deptakiem nadmorskim dwa kroki od willi to dla nas też duże udogodnienie. Sklep spożywczy około 1,5 km.

Beautiful villa
This villa is absolutely lovely. The outside space is incredible with beautiful views of Polis beach and Latchi. The pool is a great size with plenty of sunbeds. The terrace is a real suntrap, but with shady areas for when it is really hot. The inside is airy and clean, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we were looked after very well by George & Co. who were quick to answer any questions we had and to make recommendations. It is a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!
Great villa, lovely views, responsive and helpful host
Acropolis Sea View villa was just as expected - it was a handful of minutes walk to the beach, the views were terrific, the pool was good, and the comms from George were responsive throughout. All the bedroom were a good size, and each one had aircon in. We did struggle to get the settings right, and i think it would help if the remote controls were numbered/labelled for each room. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you needed (and some things we didn't need like a popcorn maker :-)). The walk to Latsi was fine - about 15 minutes altogether but flat and along the paved path by the beach. Plenty of choice there although much of a muchness for the food offerings. There was a mound of fresh fruit, milk, cheese, eggs, etc in the fridge when we got the villa - which was a really nice touch. More fruit arrived during our stay delivered by George's father. Massive patio, which we probably didn't take that advantage of as the shade was limited (and the sun umbrella needs replacing/repairing). We rented a car from Petrides (a short walk away), which worked well, and needed the car to go to the bakery each morning and the supermarket in Polis a few times, plus the trips out to Paphos etc etc. Remember the plug sockets in Cyprus as the same as UK style.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Lage war der Kracher, 5 min zum Meer, ein traumhafter Blick beim aufwachen und wirklich sehr viel Privatsphäre, da man wie auf einem Plateau über alles einen schönen Überblick hat. Unsere Kinder konnten sich Stunden mit dem Pool und der wirklich einladenden Terrasse beschäftigen. Zum Strand war es ein Katzensprung und es gab genügend Sand zum buddeln und auch Steine zum stapeln. Außerdem sind wirklich nette Restaurants um die Ecke. Wir empfehlen außerdem ein Boot bei Latchi Watersports Center zu mieten. Das Ankern in den Buchten ist einfach wunderbar.

We liked absolutely everything. The villa is magnificent, equipped with everything you need. The villa is located on a hill and from the large terrace there is a beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Lutchi public beach is within walking distance, leisurely five minutes. The beach is wide and clean. The entrance to the sea is smooth.

The only thing was unexpected - magnificent panorama! Very good beach is just in front of the villa, 5 minutes by foot. Car is recommended to explore the island. George (the host) was always in touch.

Lovely villa, great location. The sea was beautiful (we stayed late October). Everything we could possibly need in the house. Nearby amenities and shops. Latchi was a lovely place. The only down side was that the pool far too cold to go in. Luckily the sea was only 1 min walk and really lovely.
