Fantastic villa. Very spacious. Just minuets from the beach. George the host was brilliant. When we arrived late at night he had left a hamper of food and beers in the fridge.

Amazing views, great location, fantastic host - organised taxi to and from airport, left a fridge with local food and wine/juice and plenty of fresh fruit, tomatoes and cucumbers. Reached out on what's app on arrival so that we could contact with any queries too - cannot fault.

We spent a wonderful family month in this place. The host was very, very helpful and kind. We hope to visit the villa again. I think it's worth having a rented car if you stay longer - especially to do shopping. The location and view from the villa are truly exceptional.

Beautiful villa
This villa is absolutely lovely. The outside space is incredible with beautiful views of Polis beach and Latchi. The pool is a great size with plenty of sunbeds. The terrace is a real suntrap, but with shady areas for when it is really hot. The inside is airy and clean, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we were looked after very well by George & Co. who were quick to answer any questions we had and to make recommendations. It is a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!
Great villa, lovely views, responsive and helpful host
Acropolis Sea View villa was just as expected - it was a handful of minutes walk to the beach, the views were terrific, the pool was good, and the comms from George were responsive throughout. All the bedroom were a good size, and each one had aircon in. We did struggle to get the settings right, and i think it would help if the remote controls were numbered/labelled for each room. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you needed (and some things we didn't need like a popcorn maker :-)). The walk to Latsi was fine - about 15 minutes altogether but flat and along the paved path by the beach. Plenty of choice there although much of a muchness for the food offerings. There was a mound of fresh fruit, milk, cheese, eggs, etc in the fridge when we got the villa - which was a really nice touch. More fruit arrived during our stay delivered by George's father. Massive patio, which we probably didn't take that advantage of as the shade was limited (and the sun umbrella needs replacing/repairing). We rented a car from Petrides (a short walk away), which worked well, and needed the car to go to the bakery each morning and the supermarket in Polis a few times, plus the trips out to Paphos etc etc. Remember the plug sockets in Cyprus as the same as UK style.

Amazing villa in a great location. 2 minutes to the beach and a short walk along the front to lots of bars and restaurants. Plus George was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

We liked absolutely everything. The villa is magnificent, equipped with everything you need. The villa is located on a hill and from the large terrace there is a beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Lutchi public beach is within walking distance, leisurely five minutes. The beach is wide and clean. The entrance to the sea is smooth.

Сharming villa with fantastic views! I can definitely recommend it to stay. We spend there 9 days, 2 couples with 2 kids. It was spacious enough for us. Everything as described. The only thing was unexpected - magnificent panorama! Very good beach is just in front of the villa, 5 minutes by foot. Car is recommended to explore the island. George (the host) was always in touch.
Lovely villa, great location. The sea was beautiful (we stayed late October). Everything we could possibly need in the house. Nearby amenities and shops. Latchi was a lovely place. The only down side was that the pool far too cold to go in. Luckily the sea was only 1 min walk and really lovely.
Très belle villa (un peu difficile à trouver...). La terrasse est vraiment magnifique et immense avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Excellente communication avec George. Merci pour le panier bien rempli à notre arrivée (pain, fromage, jambon, fruits, légumes, vin...) Nous avons passé 9 superbes jours et nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter
Villa surpassed all expectations. It looks even much better than in the photos. Fantastic view, the sea is in every window, the excellent beach is very close. The hospitality of the host at the highest level. There was a feeling that we were accepted into the family. Every request was executed instantly. We felt as at home. We are sure to come back yet again. George and his parents showed us the most beautiful places nearby. We all just fell in love with the villa and its owners! This is the best place i've been ever.
Были 2 недели в конце мая с дочкой, почти всё было великолепно.Прекрасное место, отличный вид.Самый щедрый приветственный набор при заезде( из нашего опыта поездок). Пляж рядом,чистый,свободный, район тихий, море великолепное. Необходим автомобиль.Всё соответствует фотографиям, хорошее оснащение кухни.Из привычного не хватает только соковыжималки и СВЧ-печки. Оставили пляжный зонтик для следующих гостей. По ТВ мало каналов, но нам не очень они были нужны. 1 неделю wi-fi работал отлично, на 2 неделе - с перебоями почему то. Хороший и чистый бассейн. Днем иногда доносится шум от комплекса снизу, когда дети играют, но редко и не долго. Рекомендуем это место, при возможности - посетим снова и будем наслаждаться Кипром, морем, солнцем,воздухом!!! Отец Джорджа - прекрасный гостеприимный хозяин. Удачи, спасибо, до встречи!!!
